Please read and understand our policies before placing your order.
WAITING TIMELINE:
ORDERS ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 5 DAYS. (Wait times are approximate and may be a few days shorter or longer depending on the time of year.) We do our very best to stick within these guildines. If you need your item sooner please consider a RUSH order.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Once payment is recieved all orders are final. As all of our items are personalized, we cannot change or modify things after the work has been started. In the unlikely event that you had a problem with your order, please contact us within 10 business days of recieving your order and we will work to resolve the issue. We will send a 'proof' of your purchase before the work is started to make sure everything is correct. Please double-check your spelling and/or dates as these cannot be changed. Make sure that you enclose your correct email address so we can send your proof. If we are unable to contact you, there will be a delay in your production time.
EMBROIDERY BLANKS:
We hold specific contracts with our wholesalers which prevent us from selling our products without customization. All items must be personalized before they are sent out.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
For advertising purposes, we often post photos and videos of our products during production. If you prefer NOT to have your purchase posted on Social Media or our website, please notify us of your preference WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
SAFETY:
Please check over all of your purchases before giving them to a child. Some of our products have small parts that could become potential choking hazards and each item should be checked regularly.
